Our Micro Diamond Solitaire is the perfect Cartilage Earring for barely there piercings. The minimal stud design has a discreet three claw setting with a floating petite diamond. This versatile micro diamond stud is perfect worn by itself, or complimentary as part of a Covetear super-stack.
Suitable for healed ear and nose piercings.
*Due to the small size of this stud, we do not recommend getting pierced with this piece of jewellery. Additionally, depending on your anatomy, the Micro Diamond may not be suitable for all piercings. Professional piercers can advise if this piece is suitable for your piercing, if not - we recommend the Piccolo instead.

I'm writing a long review to help others who might be curious about this piece:
This TINY earring is super dainty and it sparkles nicely despite its small stature. The head/diamond screws in well and appears to be very high quality. I appreciate that the flatback disc is only 3mm -- some other flatbacks have 4mm backs and they end up looking and feeling quite busy.
Note that in the photos for the white gold version of this, the earring looks to be triangular in shape because of the 3-prong mounting, but in real life, it doesn't look as triangular. The prongs are also very small, so you barely see them, unlike other pieces out there where all you can really see are a bunch of prongs around the gem. This really just looks like a floating tiny diamond.
I initially purchased this earring to go in an old stacked lobe piercing, as I wanted something very small that wouldn't touch the other hole/earring. Unfortunately this earring was too small for the hole and the earring was pulling through. I have since placed a 1.5mm bezel-style diamond earring in that hole and it's wide enough to not pull through. However the good news is that this earring turned out to be perfect for my nostril piercing. It hugs my nose perfectly and the diamond catches the light in a lovely way. As mentioned above, the flatback disc is small so I don't feel it inside my nose.
Overall I'm very happy with this earring (as well as other earrings purchased from Covetear).

Absolutely stunning. I purchased a 5mm length bar for my helix piercing but could have gone slightly shorter. The stone is also a little too small for my piecing hole and goes straight through the back. Looks amazing though. Love it.
