Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Total delivery time is your dispatch timeframe plus the carrier delivery time below. Dispatch timeframes are shown on each product page and confirmed in your cart before checkout.

  • Australia -- Australia Post Express, 3–5 business days (5–7 days WA). Free over $200 AUD, $12 flat rate under $200 AUD.
  • New Zealand -- Australia Post International Express / EMS, 7–14 business days. Free over $200 AUD, $20 flat rate under $200 AUD.
  • International -- Australia Post International Express / EMS, 7–14 business days. Free over $300 AUD, $34 flat rate under $300 AUD.

During sale, promotional and peak holiday periods, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Ready to ship items typically dispatch within 2-5 business days. Made to order and hand finished pieces have longer dispatch times -- the expected timeframe is listed on each product page and shown in your cart before checkout. If you have an urgent order, contact customercare@covetear.com and we will do our best to assist.

Please ensure all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Covetear is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery directly via the carrier's website.

Customers with a Covetear account can also view order status and tracking details at any time via their account dashboard.

If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your dispatch email, contact us at customercare@covetear.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Signature on Delivery

Most Covetear orders are dispatched with signature required on delivery. This means someone must be available to sign at the delivery address when your parcel arrives.

If no one is available, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or carrier holding facility. You will need valid photo ID to collect it.

Some lower value items may be dispatched without signature required. This is determined at the time of booking and will be reflected on your tracking information.

Note: if you request authority to leave after your order has been dispatched, any loss or theft following that instruction is not covered under our Shipping Protection program.

Duties & Taxes

United States: duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Nothing extra to pay on arrival.

All other international destinations: taxes and duties are not included in our prices. Any applicable import charges will be collected by the customs authority in your destination country on arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Covetear is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Australian orders: GST is included in all retail prices.

Packaging

Every Covetear order is packaged in our signature branded packaging, designed to protect your pieces and arrive gift-ready. Whether you are treating yourself or someone else, your order will be presented beautifully from the moment it arrives.

If you have specific packaging requests, contact customercare@covetear.com before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection powered by Navidium at checkout. For a small fee, this gives you a fast, direct resolution if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit -- without the need to liaise with the carrier yourself.

Once a claim is lodged through our portal, we aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
