All Covetear orders are processed Monday - Friday only (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received between Friday 11am and Sunday 11.59pm will be processed the next business day. If your order is extraordinarily urgent, please contact customercare@covetear.com and we will see if we can make miracles happen.
We use StarShipIt for all delivery and returns management. Our connected carriers include Australia Post Express, Star Track, DHL E-Commerce and DHL International Express.
Due to the high value of Covetear pieces, all parcels sent by our company require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. If you have created a customer account, your order and tracking details will be available there.
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as Covetear cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such Covetear will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. Covetear is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.
For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.
