NeilMed Piercing Aftercare allows users to spray a saline solution directly onto their piercing rather than soak it in a saline bath or having to use a cotton ball. This creates a more sterile application process and offers a cleaning solution that makes it easy to clean surface piercings like cartilage piercings.Ā Sprays in any position, including when inverted.

Internally Threaded Earrings are comfortable to wear everyday - so comfortable that you never need, or want, to take them out. To ensure your CovetearĀ internally threaded earrings remain securely fastened in the ear, please follow these guidelines.
1. YourĀ earring set is made up ofĀ a threaded pin attached to the frontĀ piece which screws into theĀ open end of the post backing. The front piece should be gentlyĀ inserted into the post and turned clockwise until it isĀ fully inserted and no longer twists.Ā You should not be able to see any of the pin attached to the front piece.
2. Like all screw mechanisms, your earring mayĀ become loose during everyday wear. Check your earring every few daysĀ and tighten (again twisting clockwise) if necessary.
3.Ā Do not press or force the front of the earring into the post. This can destroy the delicate internalĀ threadĀ causing it to dislodge and become unsecured.
It is important to note that we do not replace lost jewellery. Following these guidelines will ensure your earrings are safely secured.

Product is good, but Covetear's Customer Service was an AI FAIL - basically there is none. Questionable integrity when they advertise at checkout (and on your completed order) 'Express Shipping' and charge you for it but send it extra slow snail mail. Upon emailing them you will get a response from their AI bot telling you they need to pass it to a human and well it's been weeks and that human never did make contact. Overall I could never trust these guys so I can't recommend you ever buy anything from them online.
