Order Processing & Delivery
Covetear orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please refer to the dispatch timeframes displayed during checkout for the most accurate information. If your order is extraordinarily urgent, please contact customercare@covetear.com and we will do our best to assist where possible.
We ship using trusted carriers including Sendle, Australia Post Express, StarTrack, DHL eCommerce and DHL International Express.
Due to the high value of Covetear pieces, all parcels are dispatched with signature required on delivery. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or carrier holding facility for collection with valid photo ID.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Customers with an account can also view order and tracking details via their account dashboard.
Please ensure all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Covetear is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery, delays or delivery issues can occasionally occur. Where Covetear arranges shipping, we will investigate and address delivery issues in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection through our ShipInsure partner. ShipInsure provides an expedited claims process and additional protection for eligible lost, stolen or damaged parcels. This coverage operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders
Duties & Taxes
United States - All U.S. orders have duties and taxes calculated at checkout — nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
All Other Countries – Taxes and duties are excluded from our prices. Any applicable import charges will be collected by the customs authority in your country upon arrival.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. Covetear is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.
For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.
